Galvanize Therapeutics - Leading Program Management for Groundbreaking Medical Devices

Galvanize Therapeutics partnered with Teresa Nelson of Phazes Project Management to manage two pivotal projects. The first was the Aliya System, a Pulsed Field Ablation (PEF) medical device cleared by the FDA for surgical ablation of soft tissue. The second was a confidential business-to-business collaboration to develop a PEF system for clinical trial use.

Dentsply Sirona - Driving Innovation in Dental Solutions

Teresa Nelson, serving as a project manager at Dentsply Sirona, led global cross-functional teams in the development and production of the Atlantis zirconia crowns and temporary crowns. She also managed the R&D workstream for the Azento project, overseeing product development, verification testing, and packaging.

DUSA Pharmaceuticals - Engineering FDA-Cleared Dermatological Products

Teresa Nelson served as a Project Engineer for DUSA Pharmaceuticals, playing a key role in the development of enhancements and maintenance of the Levulan Kerastick and BLU-U light therapy system, a combination drug and device used to treat actinic keratoses.

Blaze Bioscience - Advancing Tumor Visualization

Blaze Bioscience partnered with Teresa Nelson of Phazes Project Management to manage the development of an innovative medical device that visualizes fluorescence of tumors during brain surgery. This device provides real-time, high-resolution visualization of cancer cells during surgery and is planned for clinical trial use.

Naveris - Successful Lab Relocation and Build-Out

Naveris engaged Teresa Nelson to manage the relocation of its lab to a new facility, ensuring the move was completed before the shutdown of the existing space. Teresa was responsible for planning the move, procuring new lab equipment, and leading the team through the transition.

Phase 2 Medical Manufacturing - Seamless Medical Device Product Transfers

Teresa Nelson led the transfer of multiple medical device products from customer design to manufacturing at Phase 2 Medical Manufacturing. Her work included validating processes such as ultrasonic welding and sterile barrier packaging design, developing assembly processes, and training clean room operators.
